有成绩喔!你的TARGET是多少KG?
na....其实呢重量不是问题。。。而是你身上的fat % 才是主要对象。。我还要减大概5KG fat%才达成标准。。。主要是看你如何在减赘肉同时又加肌肉。。。这才是最完美啦。。。
