姜葱炒牛肉















原料:


调料:酒,盐,糖,酱油,姜丝,酱油。

二、制法:

1. 牛肉洗净切片,放大碗内加入料酒,糖,盐,

酱油、姜丝腌渍一会。

2. 锅放油烧热,倒入牛肉煽炒熟而入味,放入姜葱炒至入味,出锅即成。
